Big Buddy is a product of RaiseATab Private Limited, a company registered in India (GSTIN: 09AAMCR6826J1ZQ). Our registered address is 16, Tower 3, 1601, Lotus 300, Sector 107, Noida, Gautambuddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301.
2. Information We Collect
When you use Big Buddy, we collect:
- Account information: Phone number, name, email address, and timezone you provide during signup or onboarding.
- Tasks and reminders: Content you create through Big Buddy, including task titles, descriptions, and reminder details.
- Usage data: Actions you perform (e.g. tasks created, reminders set), token consumption, and timestamps.
- Payment information: Transaction records processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
- Message previews: Short previews of messages for usage logging. Full conversation history is not stored.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Big Buddy service
- To send you reminders, briefings, and recaps via WhatsApp
- To manage your token wallet and billing
- To improve our service and develop new features
- To communicate with you about your account
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted in Singapore (Asia-Pacific region) with row-level security (RLS) ensuring that each user can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted via SSL. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 12.
5. Third-Party Services
- Meta (WhatsApp Business API): Message delivery and receiving. Subject to Meta's privacy policy.
- OpenAI: AI processing for responses. Message content is sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
- Razorpay: Payment processing for subscriptions and top-ups.
- Vercel: Web dashboard hosting.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data (tasks, reminders, usage history, wallet transactions) is permanently deleted from our systems.
7. Your Rights
- Access: You can view all your data through the Big Buddy web dashboard.
- Export: You can export your tasks and reminders as CSV from the dashboard settings.
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from the dashboard settings or by contacting us.
- Correction: You can update your profile information anytime.
