Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Big Buddy ("the Service"), operated by RaiseATab Private Limited ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Big Buddy is an AI-powered personal assistant accessible through WhatsApp and a web dashboard. The Service allows users to manage tasks, set reminders, plan their day, draft emails, and perform other productivity actions using natural language.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid phone number to use the WhatsApp service.
  • You must provide a valid email address to access the web dashboard.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per phone number. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Token System and Billing

  • The Service operates on a token-based system. Each action consumes tokens based on its complexity.
  • Tokens are refreshed monthly according to your plan. Unused tokens may roll over based on your plan tier.
  • Token deductions occur after successful action completion. Failed actions are not charged.
  • When your token balance reaches zero, service continues in a degraded mode with basic responses.
  • Top-up tokens do not expire and are consumed last (after plan and rollover tokens).
  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable. Unused tokens from a cancelled subscription are forfeited at the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
  • Circumvent token billing or exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or malicious material

6. AI-Generated Content

Big Buddy uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to generate responses, email drafts, summaries, and other content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before acting on it. The Company is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RaiseATab Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed reminders, data loss, or inaccurate AI responses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the web dashboard settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
