2. Service Scope

Big Buddy provides the following services via WhatsApp and a web dashboard:

  • Task creation, management, and tracking
  • Reminder scheduling and delivery
  • Morning briefings and evening recaps
  • Email and content drafting
  • Daily and weekly planning
  • General Q&A and brainstorming
  • Web dashboard for analytics, billing, and settings

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for the Big Buddy service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, WhatsApp API outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime in advance when possible.

5. Refund Policy

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
  • Token top-up purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been credited.
  • If a technical error results in incorrect billing, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The language of arbitration shall be English.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email.
